Spending a couple of hours up stairs on the decks listening to some of our tunes we used to listen and raved to. You be disappointed I’ve not had a drink yet tho but that will follow later you alway knew I was a lightweight. You will forever be missed bro.

It's hard to believe it's been a year since we last spoke and shared such an unforgettable night filled with laughter, drinks, and great company. I still laugh thinking about you trying to sneak as much alcohol as possible into Lee's glass without him noticing. That evening ended with me going home with a huge smile on my face, only to wake up to devastating news the next day. Looking back, I cherish the memories of our childhood adventures at Nan's house, getting up to mischief, climbing trees to running through the flats and running in and out of by the pub. Those are memories that I will always treasure.

Martin was a huge part of my childhood. I have so many wonderful memories of him either at school or round by our homes. We even used to go clubbing together as youngsters and he always made sure I got home ok. Always up for a laugh, full of adventure, and I wish I knew him more as an adult. It doesn’t surprise me to read all these wonderful tributes to him. RIP Martin

To my amazing, funny and loving uncle Martin, The fact I have to even write this is so surreal. You were one of the only people who I could fully relate to and you’d understand me every single time. Even though we didn’t see each other as much as we should’ve, when ever we did, me , you and mum always had the best nights. I’ll always keep our memories so close to my heart. Expecially the night in our kitchen when you and mum where dancing and singing away with each other. Now, I hope you’re doing the same up in heaven with all the angels. You didn’t deserve any of this mart. My heart is in constant pain trying to come to terms with it all, but I know you’ll be with nanny may telling us all to get a grip laughing like you always was. I’ll miss you every day until we meet again. Love you so much ❤️

Can’t believe I am having to write this 💔 I can still see you as a little boy with your big brown eyes , gorgeous curly hair and cheeky chops. Always off on an adventure, it was a mission to get you back home sometimes and you never changed. You had an enormous sense of fun, always smiling and that cheeky giggle was infectious. So glad I got to give you a hug and kiss and see that cheeky smile one last time. Off on the ultimate adventure to the stars, in the arms of the angels rest in peace space cowboy lym Auntie Deb xxx

I'm so sorry to hear the passing of Martin. While many things were left unsaid and undone, i feel its important to acknowledge that he leaves behind an amazing son. He may not have been part of his life , but Lucien will always be loved, supported and cared for. My deepest condolences to all his family and my thoughts and prays are with you all.

To my wonderful cousin Martin, even though we haven’t been in each other’s lives much lately, I will always and forever hold close the memories from when I was younger like how you were always there to make me laugh, feel safe, and feel loved. You were such a beautiful soul. I am forever grateful to have felt your warmth so early in my life. To be able to think back on our memories and still feel that warmth now is incredibly special to me. Just as I know it will be for all the lives you touched with your love, laughter, and amazing heart. You will be deeply missed, rest in peace❤️

To my lovely cousin, I know we hadn't been in each others lives very much lately but I will always remember being besotted with you when I was little! Clearly I could recognise a good soul early on. Your smile was infectious and the laughs you created filled the room. The outpouring of love for you is a testament to the joy you brought to people's lives. Nanny May and Grandad Charlie are looking after you now. You will be loved and remembered forever. Rest in paradise 🤍

My lovely Brother, what can I say… so many memories, from giving me away at my wedding and the heartfelt speech that made everyone cry… To the Monica & Ross style dance offs in Streets To the crazy weekly house parties when Mum and Dad were away… still can’t believe we never got caught! To you waking me up at 4am to make me listen to a ‘boss tune’ you’d just heard at the Cream To us singing ‘Brothers and sisters’ to each other across the 051 crowd To the Vanilla Ice rapping in the back garden and the way you always told everyone about the time I got drunk off half a lager when I was 15, but I actually had sun stroke! To you constantly insisting on doing the splits despite ripping your trousers on more than one occasion To our 25 year long ‘Wednesday and Pugsly’ photo poses To me still bearing the nickname you gave me when I was 8 because you thought I looked like a monkey So many good memories but not enough time. One constant through it all, you have always been the protective older brother, who would always try and do the right thing and look after me. I will miss your laugh, your face, your crazy stories and would give anything to have you here now embarrassing me with tales of the past! Still can’t actually believe you’re really gone.
